4. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions. It is also the customer’s responsibility to report any pre-existing conditions that may impact service delivery.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties While we aim to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results. Champions Air Duct Cleaning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness or outcome of the services provided.
6. Payment and Refund Policy All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of verifiable service failure.
7. Indemnification By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champions Air Duct Cleaning, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the work performed.
